Many moisturisers have very low amounts of active ingredients & are supplemented with high water levels. Oil delivers far more concentrated nourishment to your skin & if you haven’t tried one you’ll definitely notice the difference.
Massage a few drops in circular motions all of your body. A little goes a long way, so start small and increase if needed. Alternatively, if you need a little pick me up dab a drop or two onto your wrists, temples, neck or behind your ears. Can also use a few drops in your bath.
